Fear doesn’t come from God. It comes from the devil. Whatever scares is never from God. If it scares, cast it out. Instead of fear, God has given you power. This is inherent ability. It’s the power residing in you by virtue of who you are in Christ. Instead of tolerating fear, activate the inherent power within you by talking fervent tongues. After that, make decrees and all you decree shall be established to you.

Notice here that fear is called ‘the SPIRIT’. Fear is therefore a spiritual being. It’s also specific because of the definite article ‘the’. When you feel afraid, it’s because the spirit of fear is operating in your life either because of something wrong you have done or something contrary to faith that you’ve been told.
